What is Vision Club?
Vision Club is an exclusive membership community designed for tech startups. Its core purpose centers around offering key startups unparalleled support, with a primary emphasis on expert coachiing of their teams, executive facilitators, ongoing knowledge-sharing, and incredible in-person events.
How can my startup join?
Anyone can feel free to apply through this application. If you’ve been referred by a current Lamba member, please remember to list their name as your application will move to the front of the line. Joining Lamba involves a three-step process: First, we ask you to fill out a minimum criteria application, which should take five minutes. If we’re excited about the possibility of your membership, we’ll reach out to fast-track your application. At this step, we ask you to fill out a pre-interview questionnaire, which should take less than 10 minutes. Last but not least, you’ll schedule a 30-minute interview with our membership team, where we can learn more about your startup and you can learn more about Lamba!
Why is Lamba limiting its membership?
Lamba's number one priority is maintaining the quality and integrity of the community and the expertise of its members. For that reason, we’ve decided to create a chapter-based system that allows the community to grow in the best ways and yet also stay intimate in the best way possible. We can elaborate more during your interview if you have further questions.
What are the requirements for Lamba memberships?
Lamba is currently only accepting applications for founders and owners of tech-enabled business. Your business must be generating >$1M in revenue, OR you must have raised >$3M in venture capital, OR you must have the X factor, that magic ingredient that sets you apart from everyone else. Those are our bare minimum requirements. We also evaluate your background and past experience, your current company, traction, growth rates, and industry. We favor startups with high-growth and tech-enabled companies, and people who we think are going to be generous and collaborative members of the community.
